- Court order requiring successful completion of the PAYH.
- The young man's willingness to submit to the leadership of the PAYH.
- Agreement by the young man and his parents or guardians to receive Christian instruction and counseling provided by the PAYH.
As a result of parents applying Biblical principles at home, families have been reunited and brought to Jesus Christ...which, in turn, has prevented other siblings from experiencing the same problems.
Major emphasis is placed on assisting our alumni in making choices to continue their education at a college, missionary or technical school, join the military, or enter the work force. After young men graduate from the PAYH, the staff closely "follows up" with visits, letters, and telephone calls.
Alumni of the program regard their PAYH experience as a turning point and one of the highlights of their lives. The older they grow, the more fully they appreciate the "second chance" they received.
The Paul Anderson Youth Home serves young men regardless of race, color, creed, religion, or national origin.
